The Zuid-Holland village of Bleskensgraaf has been home to De Graafstroom Dairy, where our cheese-makers make the most delicious cheese, since 1908. The crowning glory is this Gouda cheese, which proudly bears the Bleskensgraaf’s coat of arms. Thanks to its special recipe, this naturally matured cheese is lovely and creamy. The more our “Graeff” ages, the more pronounced the cheese’s mild sweetness becomes.
Dutch cows from the Groene Hart region, the green heart of the Netherlands, are themselves the heart of this delicious cheese.
