The cheese-makers at De Graafstroom Dairy in Bleskensgraaf have been making cheese for many years, so they have plenty of experience. As a result, they produce this excellent Gouda cheese, which proudly bears the Bleskengraaf’s coat of arms. This cheese contains less fat but is magnificently creamy thanks to our special production process.
Cows from the Groene Hart region, the green heart of the Netherlands, are themselves the heart of this delicious cheese.
