“I love De Graafstroom’s new cheese. I enjoy being part of this small cooperative, where principles count for more than the price of milk. I’m not one for numbers: my animals do not have to produce ten thousand litres of milk. I’d rather my 65 cows were happy. So, as soon as I can, I let them outside, then I can go and do other things. I hate staying in the shed all day, I’d much rather be doing something else.”
