“The women on my farm are the boss here. I’ve got 70 dairy cows and 12,000 ecologically-reared hens and as if that’s not enough, my family consists of my wife and three daughters. But it’s great fun! Luckily, my father still helps out a lot around the place too. I’m happy with my farm and how it’s doing. If a farm’s not too large, you can take a few risks. That’s why I feel at home with De Graafstroom. It’s down-to-earth and honest, like the cheese they make from my milk.”
