from Waarder
“I was born on this farm, which is near Waarder, in 1965. Then I sort rolled into farming quite naturally. I like doing odd jobs on the farm, because I used to work for a building contractor before I started farming. My father and girlfriend help out on the farm. We feed our 60 cows fresh meadow grass. It’s good to see the animals when they’re out in the fields in summer. It’s good for the milk and that means it’s good for De Graafstroom’s naturally matured cheese.”
Regards, Sjaak.
